Number 11 is a large two bedroom cottage with garage. On the first floor there are two bedrooms one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. There is ample free space in these rooms. The bathroom has a bath, toilet, hand basin and shower over the bath. There is also a room which is used as an office complete with writing desk etc.

	The ground floor has an ample sized living room with TV/DVD. The kitchen is modern with fridge, microwave, oven, hob, kettle and toaster. All rooms are heated by storage heaters and the electricity is included in the cost of your holiday The Garage is next to the cottage and is easy to access. There is also a washer/dryer housed in the garage.
