The cottage is available for either a weekday holiday from Monday to Friday (4 nights) or a weekend break Friday to Mon day (3 nights). Or a full week; (Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday). The cottage will be available from 3pm on your day of arrival and you’ll need to vacate the property by 11am on your departure date.
The rates of the cottage are £350/£400 (low season/high season) for 4 nights Monday to Friday or £350/£400 for 3 nights Friday to Monday. The weekly rate is £700/800 for a weeks stay Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday.

Full payment is required at the time of booking and payment can be made via BACS – details will be provided by return email.
Full refund will be provided if your booking is cancelled with more than 28 days notice, if your cancellation is made within 28 days there will be no refund.
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs allowed. No additional charge made. Please notify us on booking.
Pets must never be left alone in the property for any reason, unless the guest has brought a suitable dog crate/cage. Any damage caused by pets must be reported immediately to the Property Owner. Dogs are not allowed on soft furnishings or upstairs in the property. Please bring your own pet blankets and dog beds.
