The accommodation comprises:

Ground Floor 

The ground floor has an ample sized lounge with Sky TV. The kitchen is modern with fridge, microwave, oven, hob, kettle and toaster.

The Garage is attached to the cottage and is easy to access. There is also a washer/dryer housed in the garage.

First Floor

On the first floor there are two bedrooms one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and there is a fold-up bed that can be used in either of the bedrooms. The bathroom has a bath, toilet, hand basin and shower over the bath.

General

All rooms are heated by storage heaters and the electricity is included in the cost of your holiday.

Free Wifi

All power, bed linen and towels included in rent.

The cottage is conveniently located close to Tynemouth's vibrant Front Street, only a stone's throw from Longsands beach and King Edward's bay.

There are numerous facilities in Tynemouth, close to the cottages we have the Grand Hotel with restaurants and public rooms, some evenings with entertainment.

There are plenty of pubs, cafes and restaurants well within walking distance, serving traditional carvery, Chinese, Italian, Indian as well as fine dinning.

For the Children Tynemouth Long Sands, the Boating Lake, Tennis Courts and other attractions in Tynemouth Park, Toy Museum and Blue Reef Aquarium are all close by.

Tynemouth Priory, Tynemouth Watchtower and Collingwood's Monument are all also within walking distance.

There is a Tynemouth Market every Saturday on Tynemouth station platform, including antiques, jewellery, plants, books etc. There is also a general market every Sunday with arts, crafts, books, CD’s and so much more. A farmers market comes to Tynemouth every third Saturday of the month in the recently restored station.
